Roland Atwell
Roland has been coaching since 2011 at the Pres United Academy while still at the University of the West Indies. He would go on to coach the U14 team at Presentation College in 2016 and has been with them since. He has been able to capture multiple SSFL U14 South Zone titles. He is currently also the Director of Sport at Presentation College San Fernando as well as the SSFL Representative for football development in the South Zone.
Coaching Journey
Roland’s journey as a football coach began with his own experiences as a player. His keen understanding of the game, combined with his natural leadership abilities, led him to pursue a career in coaching. Over the years, Roland has honed his skills through various coaching certifications and hands-on experience, allowing him to develop a comprehensive and effective coaching style. He currently holds TTFA D, C, & B Licenses as well as USSF Grassroots License.

He emphasizes the importance of playing smart football, ensuring that each player receives the guidance and support needed to reach their full potential. Roland is known for his patient and encouraging approach, which helps build confidence and instill a love for the game in his players.
